The Forum is an annual one-day event to facilitate NGOs input to the Commission. Ms. Naylor moderated the first session, which included presentations by Amb. Leslie Christian of the Permanent Mission of Ghana; Mr. Sha Zukang, U.N. UnderSecretary General for Economic and Social Affairs; and Mr. Wener Puschra, Director of Friedrich Ebert Stiftung. Ms. Naylor also delivered the closing summary and remarks. The Forum was co-sponsored by the U.N. Division of Social Policy and Development, the NGO Committee for Social Development, and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung.
