Zarin Hainsworth Fadaei is the co-founder of ADVANCE, a NGO that works with women in the areas of justice, education, and entrepreneurship. She was a delegate to the United Nations 54th Commission on the Status of Women on behalf of the Baha'i International Community. She is a member of the Baha'i community of the United Kingdom.
